Booking Policy
1. Selecting Your Holiday Home
To check availability, guests must select their arrival and departure dates and enter the total number of people who will stay at the accommodation.
The system will display the available properties matching the selected criteria.
Each listing contains information about the accommodation’s features, capacity, photographs, approximate location, amenities, availability and price.
The total booking price may depend on the following factors:
- Number of guests.
- Dates and length of stay.
- Seasonal prices and demand.
- Applicable discounts or promotions.
- Cleaning fee.
- Supplements for pets, additional guests or other services.
Before confirming a booking, guests must carefully review the features, rules and specific conditions of the selected accommodation.
2. Pets
Pets are only permitted in accommodations that expressly state that they are accepted.
Guests must provide the number and type of pets before confirming the booking.
A supplement may apply per pet and stay.
Permission to stay with a pet does not release the guest from responsibility for damage, extraordinary cleaning or breaches of community rules.

3. Booking Process
After selecting the accommodation, the guest must complete the booking process by providing accurate personal and contact details.
The comments field may be used to request special arrangements, such as a cot, highchair, late arrival or another relevant requirement.
Special requests are subject to availability and will not be considered confirmed until Medano4you has expressly accepted them.
- Select the accommodation and dates.
- Enter the correct number of guests.
- Complete the personal and contact information.
- Review the total price and applicable conditions.
- Accept the booking and cancellation policies.
- Complete the required advance payment.
4. Advance Payment and Confirmation
As a general rule, a direct booking requires an advance payment of 30% of the total stay, unless another condition is expressly stated.
The booking is not confirmed until the payment has been successfully received and Medano4you has sent the confirmation email.
The advance payment is subject to the conditions established in the Cancellation Policy.
5. Payment Methods
Payments may be made by credit or debit card or through other methods expressly authorised by Medano4you.
Where Medano4you provides a payment link, the guest must use that link exclusively and verify that it corresponds to the correct booking details.
Medano4you does not accept cheques.
Card payments are processed through external providers and banking institutions. Medano4you does not have access to the complete card number.
6. Booking Price
The total price displayed during the booking process will include the items shown before payment is completed.
The cleaning fee may appear separately from the nightly accommodation price.
Additional charges may apply for extra guests, pets, late arrivals, extraordinary services or other property-specific conditions.
Guests must review the final amount before completing payment.
7. Email Confirmation
After receiving the advance payment, Medano4you will send a confirmation email containing the main booking information.
The confirmation may include:
- Name and contact details of the booking holder.
- Check-in and check-out dates.
- Number of guests.
- Booked accommodation.
- Amount paid and remaining balance.
- Applicable specific conditions.
- Information required to complete online guest registration.
- Instructions for organising check-in.
If the guest does not receive the confirmation within 24 hours of payment, they should contact customerservice@medano4you.com.
8. Incorrect Booking Information
Guests are responsible for checking that the dates, number of occupants, personal details and contact information are correct.
Any mistake must be reported to Medano4you as soon as possible.
Changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability, cancellation conditions and possible price differences.
9. Minimum Age
The general minimum age for making a booking is 21.
Anyone under 21 must contact Medano4you in advance and obtain express permission before booking.
Medano4you may cancel a booking if it discovers that it was made by a person who does not meet the age requirement and did not receive prior authorisation.
10. Children, Cots and Highchairs
Children of all ages are welcome unless the features or specific rules of an accommodation state otherwise.
Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge where they do not occupy an additional paid place.
Guests aged 3 or over must be included in the total number of people in the booking.
Travel cots and highchairs may be provided free of charge, subject to availability and advance request.
11. Security or Damage Deposit
Some accommodations may require a security or damage deposit.
The existence and amount of the deposit will be stated in the property information or booking confirmation.
The deposit may be collected by payment, transfer, secure payment link or card pre-authorisation, depending on the communicated conditions.
As a general rule, the deposit will be returned within seven days after departure, provided there is no damage, loss, extraordinary cost or breach of the conditions.
The final release or repayment period may also depend on the bank or payment provider.
12. Online Guest Registration
Online registration must be completed before arrival for every person included in the booking.
Guests aged 14 or over must provide details from a valid identification document.
For younger children who are not required to provide identification, at least their full name and date of birth must be submitted.
Registration is compulsory in order to comply with legal obligations concerning the accommodation of travellers.
13. Outstanding Balance
The remaining balance must be paid within the deadline stated in the confirmation.
If the guest does not pay within the required period and no different written agreement exists, Medano4you may cancel the booking due to non-payment.
In that event, the advance payment will not be refunded.
14. Special Requests
Requests for early check-in, late check-out, cots, highchairs, additional beds, cleaning services or any other service are subject to availability.
Medano4you will make reasonable efforts to meet them but cannot guarantee them until they have been expressly confirmed.
Some services may involve an additional charge.
15. Bookings Through External Platforms
Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms are subject to the conditions, payments and policies published on the platform used.
Changes, cancellations and payments must be managed according to the procedure established by that platform.
In the event of a discrepancy, the conditions accepted by the guest during the booking process on the external platform will prevail.
16. Acceptance of the Conditions
By completing a booking, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted this Booking Policy, the Cancellation Policy, the Check-in and Check-out Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Medano4you.
